ROOT BEER FUDGE

  • 3/4 c butter
  • 3 c sugar
  • 1 can 5 oz evaporated milk
  • 10-12 oz white baking chips
  • 7 oz marshmallow cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla, 2 tsp root beer extract

Preparation

Step 1

Line pan w/ foil and grease. Boil sugar, milk and butter. Cook and stir 4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in chips and cream. Put 1/3 in bowl and vanilla. Mix 2/3 with root beer. Spread in pan. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
