Pimento Cheese ( Craig)
- 1/4 cup Cream Cheese room temp
- 1/2 cup Mayo
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup diced pimentos
Whip cream cheese until smooth. Add mayo, sour cream and garlic salt. Whip until smooth.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 3o minutes or until ready to serve.
No salt needed. might need a pinch of white pepper
