Spinach Balls

Ingredients
- 2 10 oz pkgs, chopped frozen spinach cooked and drained well
- 1 large onion copped fine
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 2 cups pepperidge farms seasoned stuffing mix
- 1 stick margerine softened
- 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper

Step 1
Mix and shape into balls put on cookie sheet in freezer until hard and then store in freezer in plastic bag
Cook as needed straight from the freezer in 350 oven on greased cookie sheet or foil 20-25 minutes.
