Ingredients
- 1/4 cup orange-flavoured liqueur
- 2 cups pound cake cubes (1/2 inch)
- 1 (4-serving size) pkg. Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 2 cold cups milk
- 1-1/2 thawed cups Cool Whip Whipped Topping, divided
- 4 fresh cups strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 (170 g) pkg. Baker's White Chocolate, grated
Preparation
Step 1
Drizzle liqueur over cake cubes.
Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in 1/2 cup Cool Whip. Toss strawberries with sugar.
Layer half each of the cake, pudding mixture, strawberries and chocolate in deep glass bowl; repeat layers. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Top with remaining Cool Whip just before serving.
