Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients

• Melt in saucepan:
• 1 c. chocolate chips
• 3 T. butter
• Add: 2 c. rice krispies
• Pat into 9" pan; chill until firm.
• Fill crust with:
• 1 qt. chocolate chip mint ice cream, slightly softened
• Freeze until ready to use
• To serve:
• Remove from freezer 10-15 min. before cutting. Top with Cool Whip.
