350 degree oven - Stuffed
Internal Temperature - 165 degrees F. - Digital Thermometer - Thigh meat - do not touch bone.
10 to 18 pounds - 3 3/4 to 4 1/2 hours
18 to 22 pounds - 4 1/2 to 5 hours
22 to 24 pounds - 5 to to 5 1/2 hours
24 to 29 pounds - 5 1/2 to 6 1/4 hours
Foil tent until last 30 minutes to brown
Let sit 30 minutes before carving
