Ingredients
- 8 c water
- 4 oz mozzarella
- 4 Ramen noodles (3 oz)
- pepperoni slices
- 1 T olive oil
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 c (or more) spaghetti sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Heat broiler. Bring water to boil in big pot. Add noodles and cook 3 minutes; drain. Heat olive oil in large skillet. When hot, add noodles and press evenly in bottom of pan; cook 2 minutes. Spread sauce, cheese, pepperoni and oregano.
Wrap handle of skillet in double layer of foil. Broil 4-5” from heat source 2 minutes or until top is bubbly and cheese starts to brown. Let cook 5 minutes before cutting into wedges.
