Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) of fish of choice: tuna, salmon, mackerel, crab, even shrimp
  • 1 pkg (6oz) chicken flavored stove top stuffing
  • 1 cup mild cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots (optional)
  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 2 T sweet pickle relish
  • 3/4 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all in a bowl
Cover and refrigerate 10 minutes
Heat skillet, sprayed w/ cooking spray on medium heat
Scoop fish mixture using a 1/3 cup measuring cup
Gently flatten slightly
Cook about 3 minutes each side, til browned
