Ingredients
- 1.5 lb. potatoes, sliced
- Salt and pepper
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 1.5 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon majorum
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 2 oz. grated cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F
Layer potatoes evenly in greased baking dish, sprinkle with salt and pepper, spread corn over potatoes, then green pepper, onion and carrots. Crumble beef over all and sprinkle with marjoram and salt and pepper, top with tomato sauce.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 10-15 minutes more.
