Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower (2 lb) cut into florets
- 3 Tbsp light cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp dill
- 3 Tbsp Parmesan

Preparation
Step 1
Cook cauliflower in boiling water 10 minutes or until tender; drain. Place in food processor.
Add cream cheese and dill. Cover. Process until smooth.
Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
