Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 4 skinless breasts cubed
  • 4 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cans white kidney beands rinsed
  • 2 tbsp shredded cheddar

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in 4 quart sauce pan over medium heat. Add chicken, chili powder, cumin, onion and cook until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.

Stir soup, broth and beans in saucepan and heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
