Ingredients
- 1 pkg green Chile tamales
- 1 jar cowboy caviar
- 2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 and grease a casserole dish.
Stream tamales according to package directions.
Place tamales on the dish and top with the salsa and cheese.
Bake for 5-10 min until the cheese has melted and the casserole is heated through.
Garnish with guacamole and sour cream.
