Ingredients
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 1 398 ml can pumpkin
- 1 385 ml can evaporated milk
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1-1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground allspice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup icing sugar
- 3 tbsp dark rum

Step 1
Whisk together. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 425 on bottom rack of oven for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350 and bake an additional 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted one inch from crust come out clean.
To serve, whip cream and icing sugar lightly. Add rum, one tablespoon at a time beating until stiff. Spoon into centre of pie.
