MR FOOD CHEESECAKE

Ingredients

• Smooth 16 oz cottage cheese in blended. Add:
• 8 oz cream cheese, 3/4 c sugar, 3 eggs
• Put in 8” square dish. 300, 45 minutes
• Top with 1 1/4 c sour cream, 1/4 c sugar

Bake 10 more. Add 1 tsp vanilla. Top with fruit.
