CHICKEN ENCHILADAS

  • 8 oz cc
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3 big cans chicken

Preparation

Step 1

Beat cream cheese, onion, salt, pepper. Add chicken.
Place on flour tortilla and roll. Put in greased glass pan.
2 cream of chicken soup 16 oz sour cream
2 cans green tomatoes & chilis
Mix and pour over chicken. 350, 40 minutes. Sprinkle with 4 c cheddar cheese, 5 more minutes.
