Ingredients
- 2 lbs carrots sliced diagonally
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 3/4 dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cups Parmesan
- 1/2 cup French fried onions

Step 1
Cook carrots until crips tender, about 20 minutes, drain. Melt butter in saucepan. Blend in flour, mustard, salt, paprika, and pepper. Add milk. Cook stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened and bubbly. Stir in cheese. Combine carrots and sauce. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake covered at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with onions and bake uncovered 3 to t minutes.
