Ingredients
- Topping:
- 6 cups sweet potatoes, baked, peeled & mashed
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tsp. flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter, add potatoes, sugar, salt & beaten eggs. Add vanilla & flour. Combine mixture thoroughly. Pour in a greased dish.
Topping:
Mix together first 3 ingredients. Add to top of sweet potato mixture. Don't mix it in! Add pecans to top of topping.
Bake at 325 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until heated through.
