- 1 1/2 CUPS UNCOOKED WHITE RICE
- 1 FLANK STEAK ABOUT 1/4 POUNDS
- 3/4 ABOUT 3/4 PEPPER CUT INTO STRIPS
- 3/4 ABOUT 3/4 POUNDS BROCCOLI FLORETS
- 3/4 CUP STIR FRY SAUCE

Step 1
BRING 3 CUPS WATER TO A BOIL , STIR IN RICE. REDUCE HEAT, COVER AND COOK ABOUT 20 MINUTES.
MEANWHILE, SLICE BEEF ACROSS THE GRAIN INTO THIN STRIPS ABOUT 3 INCHES LONG. HEAT 2 TBL OIL IN A LARGE SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT. ADD BEEF AND STIR FRY FOR THREE MINUTES. REMOVE TO A PLATTER.
STIR IN PEPPER STRIPS, BROCCOLI AND 1/3 CUP WATER INTO PAN. COVER AND COOK 4 MINUTES. UNCOVER, ADD BEEF AND STIR FRY SAUCE. COOK 1 MINUTE. SERVE WITH RICE ON SIDE.
