Ingredients
- 1 cup margarine, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1-1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and both sugars together in bowl. Add egg and vanilla. Mix.
Add remaining 5 ingredients. Mix well. Shape into 1-1/2 inch balls. Arrange on greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Press with floured fork or bottom of glass. Bake in 350 oven for about 15 minutes.
