Crock Pot French Dip

Ingredients

  • 3-5 lbs. round roast
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 can beer
  • Garlic to taste
  • 1 T kitchen bouquet

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients in crock pot except the kitchen bouquet. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

When ready to serve, remove the meat and add kitchen bouquet to the juice. Stir to mix. Serve with crusty French rolls for dipping
