Graham Cracker Cookies

Ingredients

  • 20 to 25 graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 3/4 cups chopped nuts
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup chocolate candy covered pieces

Preparation

Step 1

Place graham crackers in a single layer on a baking sheet coated with non-stick cooking spray. In a medium saucepan, melt sugar, butter and margarine. Boil for about 4 minutes. Pour mixture over graham crackers. Sprinkle with remaining topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove and cool on wax paper. Makes 2 dozen cookies.
