3-2-1 Lemon Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 (18-1/4 oz.) pkg. lemon cake mix
  • 8 oz. whipped topping
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, cake mixes and whipped topping. Mix well. Chill dough for at least 1 hour. Drop by tablespoons into powdered sugar. Coat thoroughly and roll into balls. Place balls on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes 8 dozen.
