Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 c. flour
- strawberry jam
Preparation
Step 1
Mix butter, sugar and egg yolks; add flour. Mix well by hand. Put half the mix into greased 8x8 pan. Spread thickly with strawberry jam. Spread the other half of dough evenly on top. Bake in 325 oven for 45 min. until slightly browned. Cut in small squares.
