Caesar Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. fat free mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. light Caesar dressing
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • pepper
  • 4 (4 oz.) boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Combine mayo, dressing, garlic, dry mustard, and pepper in a large freezer bag. Place chicken in bag and seal bag. Coat chicken well. Chill for several hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 375*. Combine bread crumbs and cheese. Remove chicken from bag and coat well in crumb mixture. Place on baking sheet. Spray sheet with cooking spray. Bake for 25 minutes.
