Pumpkin Spice Cake

Ingredients

• Frosting:
• 2 c sugar
• 1 1/2 c oil
• 4 eggs
• 2 c flour
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 tsp cinnamon
• 1 1/2 c pumpkin
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 lb powdered sugar
• 1 stick margarine
• 1 8oz cream cheese
• 1 c pecans
• 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Cream sugar, oil and eggs with mixer.

Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Add to creamed mixture above.

Add pumpkin and vanilla to mixture.

Grease and flour a bundt pan or tube pan. Pour mixture into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Mix frosting ingredients and frost cake when it cools.
