Ingredients
- 2 lemons
- 2 tb salt
- water to cover

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut lemons in half lengthwise, then cut each half into thirds making 6 wedges total per lemon
2. Place wedges into a non-corosive dish such as glass or ceramic.
3. Sprinkle salt over them
4. Cover them with water
5. Place into preheated 250 degrees for 3 hours.
6. Put them into sterilized glass jar, canning jars work great.
7. Can stay in refrigerator for up to 6 months.
