Strawberries in Prosecco w/Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 2.5 pounds starberries, sliced
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 750mL bottle chilled Prosecco
• 2 pints vanilla ice cream

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, toss strawberries with sugar and let stand until sugar is dissolved (about 30 minutes)

Spoon the berries and any syrup into glasses and top with Prosecco and a scoop of ice cream. Serve immediately.
