Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, peeled
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup brown guar
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp banana liqueur
- 1/4 cup light rum
- 2 tbsp orange curaçao
- 1 pt vanilla ice cream
Preparation
Step 1
Cut bananas in half, then slice each half lengthwise. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Melt butter and brown sugar in 10" skillet over low heat. Add bananas and sauté just until tender, turning once. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Remove from flame. Pour liquor over. Ignite immediately, rotating skillet until flame goes out. Serve over ice cream.
