Hot Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 Jars 6oz marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 pkg (10oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1/2 C Sour Cream
  • 1/2 C Mayo
  • 3/4 Cup Grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. Drain and coarsely chop artichokes and mix with remaining ingredients in a classic 2 qt bowl. Bake 20-25 min or until heated throughly.
