Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef
- 3 tsp oil
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp instant beef bullion
- 3 large potatoes
- 4 med carrots
- 1 lg green pepper
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 (14 oz) can tomatoes

Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef; add remaining ingredients. Cook for 2 hours. Put in cleaned pumpkin and place pumpkin lid back on. Brush outside of pumpkin with oil. Bake for 2 hours at 325 or until pumpkin is slightly brown.
Place dry ice around serving dish for smoking effect.
