Directions

Small Bowl Combine All Spices for Seasoning Mixture. Medium Bowl With Butter, Dip Fillets In Butter then Coat With Seasoning Mixture. Large Heavy Skillet High Heat, Cook Fillets 2-3 Minutes Each Side Until Blackened. Serve Hot.
