- 1/2 lb per person Count the ribs to make sure you have enough
- 1/3 cup basting oil
- 1 jar Adam's Rib Roast & Steak Rub

Preparation
Step 1
Rub entire roast with oil then Adam's. Store overnight refrigerated and uncovered (this allows for it to flavor and dry out surface for a nice crisp coating). Allow roast 2 -3 hours at room temperature before cooking (this allows the meat to cook better without drying it out by forcing the meat to cook a cold piece of meat). Preheat oven to 450 and brown roast 30 minutes then lower to 325 for about 45 minutes. Start checking internal temp of 125-130 during the last 30 minutes for medium rare. Allow roast to sit for 15-30 minutes at room temperature. Remove roast from the rib section then slice accordingly. Another timing would be 13 to 15 minutes per pound.
