Ingredients
- Cook 2 med sweet potatoes and remove from skin
- 1 1/2 cup potatoes
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 stick Butter
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Pinch of Salt

Preparation
Step 1
Pour mixture into uncooked pie shell then take a pkg of Pillsbury Pie Crust, lay out shape then place on top of mixture. Take a fork and seal the edges.
