Sweet Potato Pie

Bake 300 for 1 hour

Ingredients

• Cook 2 med sweet potatoes and remove from skin
• 1 1/2 cup potatoes
• 2 Eggs
• 1/2 cup Sugar
• 1/2 stick Butter
• 1/4 cup Milk
• 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• Pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Pour mixture into uncooked pie shell then take a pkg of Pillsbury Pie Crust, lay out shape then place on top of mixture. Take a fork and seal the edges.
