Ingredients
- 1 large onion, cut into 1/4" slices (or thicker)
- 1 1/4 cups Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Milk
- 3/4 cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
Coat onions with flour mixture.
Whisk eggs and milk into flour mixture.
Dredge onions in batter, allow excess to drip off.
Dip in crumbs and pat to adhere.
Fry until light brown.
