Quiche (Cheddar)

Ingredients

  • 1 pie shell
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (3 cups for 10 in pie)
  • 1 frozen chopped broccoli (2 for 10”)
  • 6 eggs beaten (7 for 10”)
  • 1 lb. Bacon
  • 1 1/4 cups half and half (1 1/2 cup for 10 “)
