Brocolli Casserole 1 Picture


  • 2 pkgs. frozen chopped brocolli
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 lb.Velveeta chesse ( Light can be used)cut up small or grated
  • 1/4 lb. crushed Ritz crackers (one row)
  • 1/2 stick melted butter
  • Badia Complete, pepper onions and garlic powder

Step 1

Butter caserole dish. Cook and drain brocolli (microwave). Saute seasonings
* Chopped onions, garlic powder, pepper and Badia Complete seasonings Sazon Completa. Mix seasonings with drained Brocolli, 1/2 stick of butter and cheese. Put in buttered casserole dish.
Mix the melted butter with the crushed crackers and sprinkle on top of cassereole. Bake uncovered for 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees
