Ingredients
- 2 Dozen eggs
- 1 quart milk
- 1 quart heavy cream
- 3 cans cream of coconut(Brandson,Lopez)
- 1 quart 151 proof Bacardi Rum
- Nutmeg

Preparation
Step 1
Divide eggs. Whites from yokes.
Beat the egg whites until stiff.
Beat in whipping cream.
Then add milk,rum, and nutmeg to season.
Add rum and stir until well mixed.
Bottle and keep in refr.
Great for the hoildays.
