  • 1/4 CUP SLICED ALMONDS
  • 3 TBSP SUGAR
  • 1/2 HEAD ICEBERG LETTUCE
  • 1/2 HEAD ROMAINE LETTUCE
  • 1 CUP CHOPPED CELERY
  • 2 WHOLE CHOPPED GREEN ONIONS
  • 1 CAN DRAINED MANDARIN ORANGES
  • 1/2 TSP SALT
  • DASH PEPPER
  • 2 TBSP SUGAR
  • 2 TBSP VINEGAR
  • DASH TABASCO SAUCE

Preparation

Step 1

COOK ALMONDS AND SUGAR OVER MEDIUM HEAT, STIRRING CONSTANTLY UNTIL ALMONDS ARE COATED AND SUGAR IS DISSOLVED. BURNS EASILY COOL

MIX DRESSING AND CHILL. MIX REST OF INGREDIENTS AND THEN ADD DRESSING.
