Ingredients

  • 2

    cups shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

  • ¾

    cup ranch salad dressing with bacon

  • 1

    loaf (1 pound) unsliced French bread

  • 2

    Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted

  • Minced fresh parsley

Directions

In a bowl, combine the cheese and salad dressing; set aside. Cut bread in half lenghthwise; brush with butter. Place on baking sheets. Broil 4 in. from the heat until golden brown. Spread with cheese mixture. Bake at 350 for 10-15 mins. or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with parsley. Cut into 1 1/2 in. slices.
