Shredded Cheesy Potato Casserole

May want to double recipe for a group.

Ingredients

  • 1 small bag frozen shredded potatoes, thawed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 sticks of melted butter, divided
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • Corn Flakes cereal

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine potatoes, soup, sour cream, cheese and 1 stick of margarine together and place in greased casserole dish.

2. Mix remaining stick of butter and cornflakes together and place on top of the potato mixture.

3. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
