BOILED COOKIES

Ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1/4 pound butter
• 4 tablespoon cocoa
• 2-1/2 cups quick cooking oats

Preparation

Step 1

Cook sugar, cocoa, milk and butter for 1-1/2 minutes. Start timing when mixture reaches a full boil. Remove from heat and add oats, vanilla and peanut butter; beat until well blended. Spoon onto waxed paper. Add nuts if desired.
