Ingredients
- 1 can escargot
- Mushrooms, brown work the best
- 2 cloves garlic
- oregano
- parsley
- basil
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- salt and pepper
- mixed italian cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Hollow out mushrooms. Rinse escargot. Mix melted buter spices and garlic. Put 1-2 escargot in mushroom caps. put a couple of tsps of sauce in each cap. Cover with cheese. Cook in pan 375 degrees til cheese melts and browns slightly. Like Pizza lol! Approximately 30 min
