Seafood Lasagna

  • 16 oz package lasagna noodles
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 - 16 oz jars Alfredo sauce
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound bay scallops
  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 1 egg
  • 20 oz ricotta cheese
  • black pepper
  • 6 cups shredded Italian cheese blend



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Cook pasta in lightly salted water and drain.

Heat oil in large saucepan. Saute garlic. Add 2 jars Alfredo sauce. Stir in shrimp, crab and scallops. Simmer 5-10 minutes or until heated through. Combine ricotta, egg and pepper in medium bowl.

Layer noodles, ricotta mix, Alfredo mix and shredded cheese in 9 x 13 pan. Make sure top is shredded cheese.

Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Cover and bake last 15 minutes.
