Ingredients
- 1 cup of softened butter
- 1 cup confectioners sugar, divided
- 2 cups of flour, divided
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cups chopped almonds
Preparation
Step 1
In mixing bowl, cream butter and ½ cup of confectioners sugar. Add flour and vanilla, mix well. Stir in almonds, shape into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on baking sheets.
Bake at 350 for 13-16 min. or until bottoms are golden brown and cookies are set. Cool for 1 to 2 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely. Roll in remaining confectioners sugar
