Ingredients
- 1 C. Packed Fresh Basil Leaves
- 1/2 C. Fresh Flat-Leaf Parsley Leaves
- 1/4 C. Olive Oil
- 3 Tbsp. Parmesan, grated
- 2 Tbsp. Pine Nuts, toasted
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1/4 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
- Minced Zest & Juice of 1 Sm. Lemon
- Salt to Taste

Puree all ingredients in a food processor till smooth. ( Keeps for up to 1 week chilled; may also be frozen for up to 1 month. )
