Lemon pie filling (mom)

This is great in a pie shell or small tarts.

Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 1 1/2 cup water
• 4 Tbsp cornstrarch
• 1 Tbsp flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 cup lemon juice or juice from one lemon
• 3 egg yolks
• zest of one lemon
