Ingredients
- 1/2 lb EACH hot and mild Italian sausage sliced in 1" pieces
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 lg green pepper, sliced
- 2-3 small yellow and red peppers, sliced
- 1 lg onion chopped
- 1 jar Tomato & Basil Sauce

Step 1
1.Brown sausage in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Remove sausage from skillet and set aside.
2.Heat Olive Oil in same skillet over medium-high heat and cook red peppers, onion and garlic, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Stir in Sauce. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low, then return sausage to skillet. Simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes or until sausage is done and vegetables are tender. Serve in Italian rolls.
