Ingredients

  • 2 spanish onions
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
  • bay leaf
  • 1 28 oz canned tomatoes, drained
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 1/2 cup cooked pasta (orzo)
  • 1 tbsp wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp parsley
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Take onions, olive oil, sugar and garlic - cook for 10 minutes.

Add oregano, basil, bay leaf, tomatoes and chicken stock. Bring to boil, simmer for 10 minutes.

Add pasta, wine vinegar, parsley and cheese. Toss lightly.
