BAKED DIJON TILAPIA

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon each Dijon mustard and olive oil,
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill,
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
  • 4 (6-ounce) tilapia fillets.
  • Sprinkle some panko bread crumbs and sliced almonds.

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, mix mustard and olive oil, dill, pepper and garlic powder. Spread mixture over top of tilapia fillets. Bake 12 minutes or until tilapia is opaque throughout.
