BAKED DIJON TILAPIA
- 1 tablespoon each Dijon mustard and olive oil,
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill,
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
- 4 (6-ounce) tilapia fillets.
- Sprinkle some panko bread crumbs and sliced almonds.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, mix mustard and olive oil, dill, pepper and garlic powder. Spread mixture over top of tilapia fillets. Bake 12 minutes or until tilapia is opaque throughout.
