Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups mashed bananas
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 1 cup crushed pineapple
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Grease a bundt cake pan.
Sift dry ingredients. Add pineapples, bananas, oil, vanilla and eggs. Stir until blended. Add nuts. Pour batter in prepared bundt pan.
Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Cake will crack slightly on top. Cool in pan.
